Kevin Dacres
Kevin is in charge of our lab. He is responsible for accurately measuring and cutting the lenses and inserting them into the frame. He also inspects gas permeable contact lenses for accuracy before they are dispensed. He adjusts and repairs frames, and makes custom clip-on sunglasses. He also will dispense your glasses to you, carefully explaining how to use any new type of lens you may have, and how to properly take care of the lenses. Kevin is a New York State licensed optician.

He graduated from New York City College of Technology, with a major in Ophthalmic Dispensing. Kevin was a sergeant in the U.S. military for 4 years. He served our country on assignment in Kosovo, among other stations. 

Kevin has a special interest in contact lenses and also assists with insertion and removal training, as well as instructing you in proper care. He will go out of his way to assist you, or to help you solve any problem or questions you may have with either your eyeglasses or contact lenses.


Patricia St. Clair
Trish is our office administrator and receptionist. She is responsible for the smooth way our office runs. She will usually be the one you speak to when making appointments, or when checking on orders. She has extensive experience working in medical offices and is our expert on ensuring that you get properly reimbursed for any insurance coverage you may have. She is in charge of the friendly reminders you will get when you are due for an examination. She will make sure your paperwork is in order and will perform some of the preliminary tests that will be done before you see Dr. Tracy.

She has an Associates degree in Office Administration from the West LA College.

Trish is a take charge person who gets things done and will work diligently with you to solve any problems. She is computer and Internet “savvy” and has done much of the work to computerize our practice.



Connie Orenstein
Connie is our primary frame stylist and Ophthalmic Dispenser. She inspects your glasses to make sure they are optically correct before they are dispensed to you.  She teaches contact lens insertion and removal and proper care of the contact lenses. She also will adjust your frames, and will make any minor repairs, should they be needed.  She will dispense your glasses to you, explaining how to use any new type of lens you may have, and how to properly take care of the lenses.  Connie is a New York State licensed optician.

She has a BA degree from the University of Minnesota, and an Associate degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Interboro Institute. She also teaches Opthalmic Dispensing at Interboro Institute.

Connie is dedicated to constantly increasing her knowledge of the latest lens designs and materials available. She maintains our frame inventory and has added many new lines of frames. She will work very hard to assist you in selecting the proper frame, not only for style, but the most appropriate frame for your prescription and for the type of lens used. Connie is also happy to assist you with any other interactions you may have with our office, including scheduling your examination appointments.
